How we work
Curated China is a travel design service that connects international travelers with carefully selected Chinese inbound tour operators.
We design your itinerary based on your interests, dates, and preferences โ communicating with you in clear English (or other languages on request). Our licensed Chinese partners then handle ground operations: guides, drivers, hotel bookings, train tickets, permits, and on-site coordination.
This model gives you the best of both worlds. You get thoughtful trip design and direct, responsive communication from us. You get the local expertise, regulatory compliance, and on-the-ground reliability that only licensed Chinese operators can provide.
We are transparent about this structure because it matters. Many "China travel agencies" advertised online are actually marketing layers that quietly add 30-50% margin onto local operator pricing. Our model lets you see what you're paying for: thoughtful design + reliable execution, at honest market rates.

We don't claim to have decades of experience we don't have. Curated China is a new service launched in 2026, building on our team's individual backgrounds in international travel and Chinese tourism.
We don't promise specific high-profile experiences (private after-hours access to museums, dinners with celebrity chefs) that we can't reliably deliver. When we mention "exclusive experiences" in itineraries, we mean what our partners can arrange in advance, when available.
We don't operate group tours or fixed-departure packages. Every journey is private, designed for your party only.
We don't display fake testimonials. As a new service, we're collecting genuine reviews from our first travelers. They will appear here as they accumulate.
