Day trip to UNESCO Stone Forest karst landscape.

Kunming → Dali
High-speed train to Dali (~2 hrs). Erhai Lake sunset.

Dali Old Town
Bai culture day. Three Pagodas, Xizhou village, optional tie-dye workshop.

Dali → Lijiang
Train to Lijiang (~2 hrs). Old Town walking, Black Dragon Pool with Yulong Snow Mountain reflection.

Yulong Snow Mountain
Cable car up to glacier park (4,506m — bring warm clothes). Afternoon at Yuhu Village. Optional evening Naxi music performance.

Tiger Leaping Gorge
Drive to Tiger Leaping Gorge — one of the deepest canyons in the world. Hike to upper viewpoints.

→ Shangri-La
Continue to Shangri-La (Zhongdian, ~3,200m). Tibetan culture begins. Light walking to acclimatize.

Songzanlin Monastery
Full day at Songzanlin (largest Tibetan Buddhist monastery in Yunnan, sometimes called "Little Potala"). Pudacuo National Park afternoon.

Shangri-La Old Town
Free day to acclimatize. Optional horse riding on Napa Lake grasslands.
