Craft Story
Blue-and-white porcelain (้่ฑ็ท) was perfected in Jingdezhen during the Yuan Dynasty (1271-1368) using cobalt imported from Persia along the Silk Road. The technique combines white kaolin clay, cobalt-based pigment painted before glazing, and high-temperature firing (1300ยฐC+). The result is a permanently fused decoration that will not fade.
About the Artisan
Made by a third-generation Jingdezhen workshop with master artisan certification. Each set is signed and includes a certificate of authenticity.
